• Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Custom/Personalised Items: Where items are custom-made to your requirements, the description agreed at the time of order will apply. Minor variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable (clearly stated at checkout).
• Payment is required in full at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors — if an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse or cancel orders placed at that price.
• Accepted payment methods will be clearly shown at checkout.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

6. Order Acceptance & Dispatch

• Receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for reasons including: item unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
• Dispatch times: Estimated processing and dispatch times are shown at checkout — these are estimates only and delays beyond our control are not our responsibility.
• Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the courier’s schedule. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

• Right to cancel: For standard items, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy.
• Custom / personalised items: Are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun, except where faulty or not as agreed. This is in line with UK consumer law.
